Timing depends on the scope and weather. Smaller refresh projects are faster, while full transformations take longer due to multiple trades. We’ll confirm timeline once we lock in the scope.

Yes — most projects combine services (for example: render + paint + entry + front path) so the final result feels cohesive.
7) Do you help with colours and material selections?
Yes. We can recommend a simple palette and material direction so everything works together (walls, trims, cladding features, entry details).
8) Do I need council approval?
Sometimes. It depends on your property and scope. We’ll advise after reviewing your photos and goals.
9) What if my facade has cracks or damage?
No problem — we’ll assess what’s cosmetic vs what needs proper repair, then build that into the scope before work starts.
10) Are you insured?

13) Do you offer price ranges or “from” pricing?
